From the kitchen to bedroom 2 and entry into bathroom 2 through barn door which separates the rooms. Closed barn door separating 2nd bedroom and bathroom. 2nd bath shower Barn door open looking into bedroom 2. View of shower, sink, backsplash, cabinetry... 2nd bathroom exit into the living goom 2nd bedroom exits out the back to the laundry area or a separate exit. Back door steps from 2nd bedroom to Laundry facilities. Laundry updated to new stack washer/dryer. Storage area for bikes inside. Home tour is complete... Heading back to tour the Community area again... Club house, outdoor pool and recreation area . Visit the Club House to see community activities. In house staff hours are 9 am to noon week days. Electric Surf boards, Sea Doos, Sunrise on the Lake Skim Boarding Surf Boating Dam @ Quail Lake Fishing View of Zion National Park to the East beyond Quail Lake. The docking and boat marina was originally planned to be next to the I-15 freeway. Upon cleaning up the mud after storms proved to be too expensive it was moved here. The Marina area became what is now the KOA campground. View of the white Kelechi beaches across the Lake which caused the Dike failure in 1989. The old Leeds farmers told the Engineers that would happen.... for the record... View south east the dam, molly volcano, and goose berry mesa in the background. Camping at Quail Lake ... reserve early... its usually full. South view beyond to Razor Ridge and Hurricane fault line with Mount Trumble beyond.
